Our Lettings Process
1. Give Us A Shout With Your Requirements
We have a range of quality rooms, studios and apartments to suit working professionals in London. Our properties are located in Archway, Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Camden, Northwood and Pinner.
Our latest list of available properties to let is updated daily on all the major property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Spare Room and Gumtree.
When you have seen something you like, simply complete our Viewing Registration Form to arrange a viewing. >> Arrange A Viewing
2. View A Property
One of our local viewing agents will show you one or more properties at a time which suits you best.
Our properties are always in demand, so if you see something you like, come prepared to snap it up quick (before someone else beats you to it!)
3. Reserve A Property
To reserve a property we will ask you to put down a reservation deposit equivelant to one weeks rent. {Please note, we can only take payments by debit or credit card or bank transfer}. Once we take a reservation deposit, the place is yours subject to satisfactory referencing.
Once we have your reservation form and payment from you, then the property is yours pending satisfactory referencing. If you do not pass referencing, your reservation fee will be refunded. Full terms, conditions are on the form. Our schedule of fees are on our website.
5. Paperwork & Formalities
We will send you the tenancy agreement for signature as well as the inventory. Monthly rent payment is made by direct debit and you will be asked to sign a direct debit mandate.
6. Move Into Your New Home
Now all that remains is for you to collect keys and move in and enjoy your new home.
You have seven days to notify us of any changes you would like noted on the inventory.
All the properties we let are fully managed by us which means you have one port of call for any issues which arise during your stay.

Reservation and Referencing
Once you have decided on a property, you need to Reserve it. Please keep in mind that we continue to show prospective tenants to view properties until have placed your reservation deposit AND uploaded your Identification and last 6 months bank statements for referencing.
Reserve A Property
To reserve a property, complete the form below and make payment by card for the reservation fee of one weeks rent. Please ensure you provide names of all tenants who will reside at the property.
