Viewing Agents

Viewing Agents provide a service to our Property Managers by conducting property viewings with prospective tenants. If you are a part time worker, retired, a graduate or anyone looking for variety, flexibility, money and a very local working range, then you could be a Viewing Agent for us. We are currently looking for viewing agents to cover the followings postcodes: N4, N7, N19, NW5, HA5 & HA6. (You must live in or with quick commute of one of the postcodes listed)

Once registration is complete and you are properly entered on our systems, you will be given your first viewings. Looking forward to having you on board as a Fab Lets Viewing Agent.

Event Crew

Fab Lets orgainse 2 to 3 events each week for property investors. We are looking for Event Crew to join our Events team. Event Crew are responsible for providing the following services:

• Preparation and set-up for an event
• Meet and greet delegates as they arrive and register them on our online database
• Replenishing refreshments as required
• Operate cloak-room service as required
• Confidently explain our products and services to potential clients, answer their questions and take their order (training will be given)
• Post event clear-up

Most events take place in St.Albans and you will have to live in St.Albans or within easy commute to be suitable for this role. Events take place weekdays, evenings and some weekends.
